Review of Overnight Oatmeal by Patricia Feaster-Kimmerle

Patricia  made this sweet treat and reported that it tasted amazing!!! but beware, although the ingredients are healthy it still has a large calorie punch. To cut the calorie intake, recommend splitting it into 2 containers (still a decent serving amount)

Overnight Oats

Makes 1 large serving.

  • ½ cup rolled oats (not quick cooking)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, stir in the desired mix-ins and enjoy (come up with your own custom flavors!)
